Wingman

Every manufacturer you fly, in one view, every aircraft — ranked by urgency, with the evidence visible before you act.

The structural gap

Every maker. One fleet. One ranked list.

Each manufacturer's platform is built around the aircraft it sells, and shows you little of anyone else's. So every mixed-fleet operator runs a system per maker and stitches the answer together by hand. Wingman is the one view across all of them, ranked by what to do first. The screen you reach for before every shift.

Single-manufacturer platforms
Each one is built around its own jets.
Every airframe manufacturer offers analytics for the aircraft it builds. They are built and priced for single-fleet majors and typically sold through negotiated enterprise deals.1
Built around one maker
Your fleet
Isn't single-manufacturer.
Narrowbody, widebody, regional jet, turboprop — from whichever manufacturers you actually fly. A single-maker platform isn't designed to show that whole fleet in one place.
The blind spot
The result
No unified view across the fleet.
Many mixed-fleet operators manage cross-manufacturer maintenance with spreadsheets and institutional memory. The information already exists — nobody connects it. When an aircraft goes on ground for something that could have been seen coming, the cost lands on the operator.

How it works

Your fleet's data goes in. One clear answer comes out.

01
Your data goes in
Aircraft, hours and cycles, maintenance records and crew. Live data-feed integrations are built together with founding operators, so the data can flow in on its own.
02
Physics runs inside
Physics-based models — the same engineering principles that apply to every aircraft, whoever built it — run against the data, with the reasoning shown. Not black-box guesses.
03
One ranked answer comes out
A single list. Every manufacturer side by side. The evidence behind each recommendation visible before the engineer acts.
04
The engineer always decides
Wingman is the wingman, not the pilot. Every recommendation is advisory; the certifying engineer acts, signs, and is logged for inspection.

What's in Wingman today

More than an alert list.

Every aircraft, ranked by urgency
Directives, inspections and component limits for the whole fleet in one list, ordered by what to do first. Each alert shows the evidence behind it, and an alert that cites an airworthiness directive points to one that is on record and live.
Aircraft, crew and location together
See which crew are assigned to which aircraft, where each aircraft is right now and where it last arrived, and what is open against it — a board for the duty manager, instead of another spreadsheet.
Plain-language observations, with sources
Observations drawn from your own records, each linked back to the records behind it. An optional question box lets you ask about your fleet in plain English. It is off by default, and when an operator switches it on it sees aircraft, locations and crew only as anonymous codes.
Attributed, exportable, secured
Every action is attributed to a named engineer and can be exported, and every user signs in with two-factor authentication.
Where it stands

Working today, and what we build with you next.

Wingman is working software. What comes next isn't the engine — it's the plumbing around your operation, and that is exactly what the founding-operator programme is for.

Working today: ranked alerts with evidence, physics-based models, directive rules applied by jurisdiction (CASA, FAA and EASA),2 the crew and aircraft board, Insights, the attributed audit trail, and mandatory two-factor sign-in.

Built with founding operators: live data-feed integrations, live feeds of regulator publications, your own maintenance programmes, and where your data is hosted.
  • Every aircraft in your fleet, any manufacturer
  • CASA + FAA + EASA directive rules, applied by jurisdiction
  • Unlimited engineers and crew accounts
  • Attributed, exportable audit trail
  • Mandatory two-factor sign-in for every user
  • Founding-operator rate locked for life

Priced per aircraft, per month. No setup fee and no enterprise minimum. Pricing depends on your region, fleet size and mix, so we quote it to your operation in the same conversation.

Be a founding operator.

Not a purchasing decision — a 30-minute conversation about whether Wingman addresses problems that matter in your operation. Founding operators receive permanently discounted pricing and direct input into the roadmap.

Ground problems before they ground you.

  1. Manufacturer analytics platforms are sold under negotiated enterprise agreements, with no public rate card, self-serve access, or regional-operator tier — and each is built around the aircraft its own maker builds, as of 2025.
  2. Directive rules are applied by the operator's authority — for example FAA directives for Boeing and EASA for Airbus under CASA. CASA's own supplementary directives are reviewed manually rather than fed live. Operators remain responsible for checking compliance against the official regulatory sources.
