Data we collect

Atazora collects aircraft operational data — cycle counts, flight hours and maintenance records — together with crew and assignment records, user account details (name, email, role, licence number where provided) and the maintenance action records created by operator organisations. We also keep sign-in security records such as failed-attempt counts. This data is used to generate maintenance intelligence for the operator's own fleet and to keep accounts secure.

If you contact us through this website, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, the topic and your message.

Data isolation

Each operator's data is kept separate. Wingman scopes what a signed-in user can see to their own operator, so no operator can see another operator's aircraft, alerts, crew or maintenance records. We do not currently produce analytics that combine data across operators. If we ever do, they will be aggregated so that no operator can be identified, and we will tell operators first.

Optional AI features

Wingman includes an optional question-and-answer feature in Insights. It is off by default and is switched on only when an operator's deployment is configured for it. When it is on, the question and a limited extract of the operator's records are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce an answer. Before anything is sent, tail numbers, locations and crew names are replaced with anonymous codes, and each question is recorded in an audit log. Operators who do not switch the feature on send nothing to any AI provider.

Data storage and hosting

Wingman is in a pre-production phase. Before any operator's live data is hosted for production use, we will name the hosting provider and region here and in the operator's agreement, and we intend to host in Australia. Production data will be encrypted in transit and at rest. Until then, please do not enter data you are not comfortable sharing in a pre-production environment.

Data retention

Maintenance records and audit logs are retained for at least seven years by default, in line with common aviation record-keeping periods. Operators can ask for a data export at any time, and can ask us to delete other personal data we hold about them, subject to those retention periods. Website contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
