Last updated: October 2026 · Applies to Atazora and Wingman.
Atazora's products are decision-support platforms. Every maintenance recommendation generated by Wingman is advisory only. The certifying engineer retains full responsibility for all maintenance actions. No recommendation supersedes the engineer's professional judgement, the aircraft manufacturer's approved maintenance data, or applicable regulatory requirements.
Wingman applies airworthiness-directive rules by the operator's authority (CASA, FAA and EASA). CASA's own supplementary directives are reviewed manually rather than fed live. Operators remain responsible for verifying compliance requirements against official regulatory sources and their own approved maintenance documentation.
Where an operator has switched on the optional AI question feature, its answers are generated by a language model from the operator's records. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are advisory only, must be checked against the records they cite, and are never a substitute for the certifying engineer's judgement.
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform, including cycle counts, flight hours and maintenance records. The intelligence produced is only as accurate as the data it receives.
Every user must set up two-factor sign-in. Users must keep their credentials, authenticator device and backup codes secure, must not share accounts, and must tell their operator's administrator promptly if they suspect their account has been compromised.
Atazora’s technology — the analytics, the network-intelligence architecture and the cross-manufacturer synthesis layer that underpins Wingman — is proprietary. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
